Our firm completed representing Russian group of company in International commerce court (ICC). The group claimed it signed a contract with Europe company on metal and other products supply. According to the contract the buyer has to purchase the supply 50% in advance and 50% within 10 days after the shipment.
The group has delivered the product. The sides had signed a certificate of execution. But the payment hasn't made.
All negotiations and pleas didn't succeed. Eventually the group requested to our company to assist it to solve the problem. The arbitrage cause prescribed to take the trial in ICC. Our arbitrage department represented the client in ICC and reached the positive decision. The client is waiting for payment.
