The lawyers of the Madrok company conducted an extensive consultation on the opening of an office for one of the largest manufacturers of medicines in Russia. The task to open a new office in the neighboring republic arose in view of the sanctions pressure from Western countries and the need to continue supplies to one of these.

During the consultation, all the questions were answered, due diligence was carried out to optimize all business processes and clear recommendations were given.
