The participants of one of the metal rolling plants contacted the Madroc company to support the sale of the metallurgical plant.

During the transaction support, the company's lawyers prepared a financial and legal justification for the transaction price, as well as prepared reports and the contract itself, according to which the sale of the object took place.

The buyers of the plant were a large Russian group.
