A lease termination transaction has been accompanied

Real estate lawyers of the Madrok company accompanied the transaction on termination of the lease agreement between a foreign tenant and Russian landlords. The termination of the lease agreement occurred due to the inability to continue the operational activities of a foreign company under the conditions of sanctions against Russia.

The landlord met the foreign tenant halfway, but negotiations on the termination of the 10-year lease agreement expiring at the end of 2027 dragged on for 4 months, but ended with the signing of an 11-page agreement.
