The three-year process with PJSC MInBank has come to a logical conclusion. The lawyers of the Madroc company brought to an end the case of recovery from the legal successor of PJSC MInBank, PJSC PSB, the entire amount stolen by third parties from the client's account.
The client discovered the loss of funds from his account. A criminal case was launched. The client demanded that the bank reimburse the stolen amount, but the bank refused, citing the fact that there was no negligence or carelessness in the actions of its employees when making transactions. However, the court found these arguments unconvincing and recovered the entire amount of stolen funds, as well as moral damage, interest on the use of funds and a fine.
The court of appeal upheld the court's decision. The funds have been paid to the client in full by the Bank.
